Fall Garden

Mary, Mary, quite contrary,

How does your garden grow?

With with lots of water and little gardening hands,

And herbs all in a row! 

We welcome all the help we can get in our fall garden.  The kids are watering daily and weeding as often as possiable and would enjoy any knowledge you may have to make our garden better.

The kids had a fun day seeing and learning about several animals.

Butter

Mrs. Huron helped the kids make butter. They mixed heavy cream and salt in a small baby food jar and shook it until the liquid became a solid. There was a small amount of liquid left that is called buttermilk. We drained the buttermilk before spreading the butter on our toast.
